Client background
This cancer treatment company develops chemotherapy delivery technologies for the targeted administration of high-dose chemotherapeutic agents to specific organs or regions of the body. They will be filing their first NDA in 2021 and were seeking a Regulatory Project Management Contractor who could assist in the project planning and maintain Gantt-charted timelines for the submission deliverables.
Challenge
The company was seeking a senior Regulatory Project Management professional who could coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of assigned deliverables for their NDA including Gantt Charting of project plans. Ideally they wanted somebody seasoned enough who could also contribute to regulatory submission strategy, identifying submission risks and opportunities. This was intended to be a year-long contract role.
Approach
We kicked off our search in February and Dennis Partners identified over 200 regulatory contractors who fit the client’s specifications. We engaged, vetted, and submitted three good contractors for our client within a week.
Result
The client interviewed the candidates quickly and decided on their top choice within a matter of weeks. They liked her so much that they decided to offer her a permanent, full-time remote role, rather than a contract position. The candidate accepted the job and started in early April. Dennis Partners was able to fill this role in 35 days, and the client has been thrilled with their new hire!
