We saw a sizable increase in regulatory job postings during the month of May, and activity has picked up a lot since April. It was interesting to see several new regulatory roles in Southern California and the Washington DC area this month, in addition to more new positions in Boston, San Francisco, and New Jersey. Although many biopharma labs and offices remain closed, we know that several offers were extended (and accepted) based solely on video interviews in May, and companies are doing virtual onboarding for new hires.
