This month Dennis Partners conducted a survey of 400 biotech and pharma industry professionals to understand their plans to return to the workplace and how they are feeling about going back to the office. This data showed that only 15% are currently back at their offices, 30% aren’t sure when they will return, and 28% are not planning to return to the workplace. More telling is that a whopping 61% of respondents said that they would not feel comfortable returning to the workplace until an effective vaccine is widely available. Regulatory hiring picked up in September (as is usually anticipated after the summer) with over 150 new regulatory positions posted across the country. Most of these roles were in Regulatory Strategy and Regulatory CMC, with a few in Regulatory Operations, Labeling, and Promotional Review.
