I hope everyone had a great summer. It always goes by way too fast and this summer was no exception!
Regulatory hiring remained strong for the month of August with about 100 new regulatory positions posted across the country. Most of these positions were in clinical regulatory strategy and regulatory CMC. We saw five different Regulatory Affairs Vice President roles get filled during the month, which is a fairly high number for August.
The pandemic has definitely impacted the way companies are hiring. Positions are getting filled more quickly due to the speed and ease of scheduling video interviews rather than meeting in person. We are also hearing of more positions listed as purely remote roles.
