Jessie is the Vice President of Strategy & Talent at Dennis Partners. Since joining the firm in 2015, she has played a pivotal role in building and scaling the firm’s research infrastructure, search methodologies, and strategy.
Jessie partners closely with our internal team and our clients to design and execute talent and marketing strategies that support the build-out and strengthening of regulatory affairs teams. She integrates advanced analytics, market intelligence, and proprietary research systems to map regulatory talent markets, going beyond traditional recruitment channels to uncover top-tier regulatory talent.
With a background in healthcare, Jessie brings industry insight combined with a strong command of technology, analytics, and operational design. Her ability to translate complex organizational needs into actionable search strategies allows Dennis Partners to consistently deliver high-impact leadership talent.
Outside of Dennis Partners, Jessie is an avid MotoGP fan and enjoys gardening, cooking, and baking. She is also the proud parent of two four-footed, furry children.
