Jil is the Founder and President of Dennis Partners, where she leads the firm’s operations and shapes its collaborative culture. Jil recognizes the critical role insight plays in shaping the biopharma industry and advancing Regulatory Affairs leadership.
Under her leadership, the firm has earned a reputation for rigor, integrity, and long-term partnership. Jil works closely with the team to continuously elevate performance while ensuring the firm delivers exceptional outcomes to the organizations and professionals it serves.
Outside of work, she is an abstract artist who enjoys cooking and gardening and remains active in volunteer initiatives. She shares her life with her partner and their two dogs—Rip, a long-haired German Shepherd, and Anisa, a Rhodesian Ridgeback.
