Client background
This growing pharmaceutical company is developing and commercializing transformative medicines in neuroscience and immuno-oncology utilizing artificial intelligence approaches. They recently secured their first FDA approval and they have several other program in clinical trials.
Challenge
Their Regulatory CMC Executive Director left the company so they needed help finding a replacement. They wanted a Regulatory CMC Senior Director or Executive Director who could develop and lead CMC Regulatory strategies for their programs in development and also support their approved products. They preferred somebody with a strong Analytical Chemistry background who would be comfortable with a small company.
Approach
Dennis Partners kicked off the search with the hiring manager to better understand the required qualifications. We then developed a list of about 200 candidates who fit their specifications. We recruited, screened, and presented multiple qualified candidates to our client within weeks of starting the search.
Result
The client interviewed all of the candidates by video, and then brought their top choice onsite for in-person interviews. The client presented a strong offer and the candidate accepted the position. He will be joining the company in two weeks and the client is thrilled.
