This New Jersey based client is a leading provider of non-opioid pain management and regenerative health solutions. With two marketed products in the United States, they are pursuing marketing approvals outside the U.S. and also acquiring new molecules to expand their business.
Due to rapid growth, they were seeking a Vice President of Clinical Regulatory Affairs who could oversee the development and execution of clinical regulatory strategies for both pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices, while building out a clinical regulatory team. They needed somebody who would be a good cultural fit for their organization, who would also be comfortable coming into the office 100% of the time. They did not have a relocation budget and wanted to find local candidates in New Jersey.
Dennis Partners proposed a Retained Search to fill this crucial position. We kicked off the search in January 2021 and were able to identify over 200 local candidates who fit the client’s specifications. We then recruited, screened, and presented six strong candidates to our client. We had weekly meetings with the client to discuss the search, share market intelligence, and debrief on each candidate.
The client interviewed all candidates by video, and then brought their top choice into the office for onsite interviews in March. They extended an offer to this candidate in April and she accepted the Vice President role. We helped to fill this senior role in 80 days and are now working with the new VP to help build out her Clinical Regulatory team.
