This company is developing and commercializing targeted therapeutics to address serious unmet needs in oncology. With their lead candidate in Phase III, they recently lost their Vice President of Regulatory Affairs who left for another company.
Challenge
The client was seeking a Vice President, Global Regulatory Affairs who could provide strategic and operational leadership for the company’s global Regulatory Affairs activities. This individual would need to develop global regulatory strategies for their Phase III oncology program and oversee their upcoming NDA. This position was completely remote, but the company had struggled to find good candidates on their own in a very competitive market.
Approach
Dennis Partners proposed an Engaged Search to fill this important regulatory position. We kicked off the search in April 2021 and identified 150 candidates who fit the client’s criteria. We then recruited, screened, and presented seven candidates to our client.
Result
The client interviewed candidates by video in May and extended an offer to their top choice in June. This candidate accepted the offer and joined the company in July. We helped to fill this senior Regulatory role in 70 days and our client was delighted with the outcome!
