As is typical for this time of year, we have seen an increase in new job postings for regulatory professionals across all functions over the past few weeks. Most of the demand continues to come from the Boston, San Francisco, and New Jersey areas, with a notable need for Regulatory Strategy professionals at the Director, Senior Director, and Associate Director levels. On the candidate side, we are hearing a greater demand for fully remote positions, along with an increased need for more flexibility to work from home a couple of days a week.
