We saw another big increase in February for new Regulatory job postings at small and mid-sized biopharma companies. There were over 135 new postings during the month, which was the highest number we have seen since last July! As usual, most of these positions were in Clinical Regulatory Strategy and Regulatory CMC at the Director and Senior Director levels. We also saw an increase in Regulatory Vice President positions during the month along with an uptick in Advertising, Promotions, and Labeling roles.
Indeed recently published the results of their survey on ‘Ghosting’ and the impact of the pandemic on the interview process. Indeed reported that nearly 73% of employers and 28% of job seekers have disappeared during the interview process in the past year. We have heard that our clients have experienced this themselves with candidates, especially during the pandemic.
